Second Post Today... Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm

So it is my second post in one day, but to be fair it is also my second post in two days so it could be said that I'm still par for the course.  There are a couple crazy awesome things that I think I am going to initiate in this post.  Why? You ask, because I'm really bored and hopefully this will make me less bored.  (Like a sociopath, but that is a different tangent for another time.)

WEIRD/OBSCURE TRIVIA: every once in a while I think I'm gonna post a question to something I think is kinda obscure, maybe it is, maybe it isn't (either way you could probably find it on google (again, another tangent)), the first person to answer correctly in the comments can name my next post or suggest a topic to write about (but really it's a blog, who is gonna write about a topic that is deeper than an above ground pool (3 for tangents- 0 for attention span)).

So here is the question:  What archaic word did "weird" come from? What did this word represent in ancient culture?

NEW PAGE see new page, it's a quote page, well actually that's the old page, another new page, yayyyy, another (gasp), ANOTHER!!!!!  (I am aware that that only made sense to me, my blog, deal with it.) Well, no not really, I lied, I just thought that meaningless garble would attract attention.  Here is the story:  A couple days ago I was going through youtube comments on some of my favorite songs, and I wondered 'I wonder what people I know would think of this song.'  So I am going to post a link to a youtube video every Thursday and I was hoping that the multitudinous followers of this blog could tell me what they think of the song in the comment box.  What lyrics stuck out? what chords were cool? could you stand to listen to the whole thing? did you tear out your headphones after the first five seconds? what? Stay tuned for thursday I hope somebody will participate.

And the reason I'm doing all this stuff:  a) I'm bored ("he's a psychopath, psychopaths get bored"), b) I am trying to make a blog that while is still mindless isn't like other blogs that are like this: "Oh, i had the best breakfast this morning, YAY!  It was like some crazy like tart and then the waiter at this fancy coffee shop made me LOL, like seriously.  (Insert picture of waiter holding breakfast) And then like I bought same shoes and like they were shoes, OMG" et cetera, et cetera. DAMN YOU TANGENTS!
